In order to increase their motivation levels, I will introduce the open office policy and various employees’ benefits. The subordinates are a very rich source of information. They are the ones that interact with the patients daily. Therefore, when they are demotivated, they fail to pass the critical information concerning the service delivery to the top managers. Therefore, in order to increase the level of motivation in the team, all team members will be free to meet the top-level managers at any time without the use of intermediaries. This will be an important aspect in ensuring that all issues that might affect the performance of the employees are dealt with before they get out of hand. In addition, personal issues that require unique solutions will be addressed without the information being passed to any third party. This will play a significant role in motivating the employees to work harder towards the success of the organization. On the other hand, team members are constantly disturbed when they are not insured in terms of health. Therefore, the organization will provide insurance benefits to the employees.
